100 Day Goal Update (week 2)

Its the start of week 2 (only just 3:30am) of my "100 Day Goal".  If you would like to know more about what the 100 day goal is and what im wanting to achieve, please read my previous post.

Its very early and I cant sleep so I thought I would get a head start on todays job list.

The aim to improve our range of baby-b products is well on its way.

This week I have achieved the following

  • Started blogging again.
  • Written down where things currently are with the range so that I have something to compare my progress with.
  • Made notes of what I want to achieve with this process.
  • Made a list of products I want to include in the new range.
  • Brainstormed design ideas.
  • Researched similar products on the high street (and I mean I literally went into shops and looked).
  • Came up with 5 slogans which I will use for printing onto our baby-b products
  • ordered some new stock.
  • I have designed 1 new bib which took me all of 5 minutes to produce (why has this taken so long in the past?).
  • Looked at what products Im going to buy next.
  • Researched and listed multiple suppliers of products we want to sell.
  • Pinned ideas on pintrest.
  • researched Christmas designs.
  • listed 2 items on ebay.
Wow, listing it like this has shown me just how much Iv managed to do in just 6 days, probably the most Iv actually done in a concentrated area.   Normally I would be getting on with print jobs, invoicing, visiting customers and all of the other things that come with running your own business.  This has shown me that with just a little organisation, a small amount of time and some focus, I really can make lots of progress.

For all you other wonderful people out there taking on the 100 day challenge, I hope your first week has also been a success.

Thank you for reading.
