Wow, Has it really been that long!

Well iv just logged onto here for the first time in roughly a year.  I thought that it would be a good idea to start a blog but then didn't really know what to write about.  I am not often stuck for words when it cam to blogging I was completely stumped.

I am now going to try and give it a go.
So, here's what you can expect to hear from me.

I aim to provide valid and useful information but with personality, and keeping it a bit informal really.
